Pyro is the younger sister of Blaze. She is first introduced during a flashback in Chapter 24: Coyote's Wrath which reveals more of Eggman's heinous crimes.

Appearance

Pyro appears very similar to Blaze. She has less plumes on her head, only having two compared to Blaze's four. Her fur color is also slightly lighter than Blaze's. Pyro is also has heterochromia, having one yellow eye (like Blaze) and one blue eye. In the flashback she also appears to wear a tube top as opposed to Blaze's tailcoat.

History

During Chapter 24, Blaze first mentions her sister when she and Rob are held in stasis by Coyote's strings. She recalls her time spent in one of Eggman's labs where she and other Sonic the Hedgehog characters (and Sonichu) were kept and experimented on. One day, Pyro is seen being dragged away by M-19 to be used in one of Eggman's vile experiments. It is unknown what exactly Eggman had done to her, but Blaze notes that she will never forget Pyro's screams.

Personality

It is unknown as to what type of person Pyro was due to the lack of information currently known about her.

Abilities

As with her personality, it is unknown if Pyro possesses any special powers or traits. Though not necessarily a "power", she is noted by Blaze to be deaf and is able to read lips, much like Rob.

Trivia

  • According to Nini Rosé, when asked to create Pyro, Embergram had given the direction of making "Blaze but younger".[1]
    • The final design used for Pyro is said to be inspired by one of Blaze's beta artworks in the actual series.[1]
